What fees do I need to pay?

Each applicant is required to pay a $35.00 application fee and an apartment reservation fee of $50.00 per bedroom. Once your application is approved, the reservation fee will be applied towards the security deposit. Additional fees may apply for cosigners, pets and parking.

What is the length of the lease?

What utilities do I need to pay?
800 Lofts is an AT&T Connected Community which means we provide AT&T U-Verse 200  and AT&T Internet 25. In addition to the AT&T U-verse services we provide, you can upgrade your service for an additional monthly charge. Please call 866-299-6824 for additional details regarding upgrades. Residents are responsible for water, trash, sewer and electricity. Water, trash and sewer are set up through a utility billing service by the Management company. Residents must contact Westar to establish their account and provide confirmation of this account prior to move in. Westar can be reached online or by calling 1-800-383-1183.
How do I pay my rent?

Residents have access to pay through their online portal or directly at the leasing office located at 888 New Hampshire Suite, D Lawrence, KS 66044. Cash is not accepted.

Where do I park and do I have to pay?

Limited private parking is offered with a monthly fee. Residents can also make other parking arrangements through The City of Lawrence.

How do I contact the staff after hours in case of emergency?

If it is an emergency, please dial 911. For maintenance emergencies, please call the office at (785) 830-8800 to be connected with the on-call staff.

Can I get packages delivered?

Packages may be delivered directly to your apartment but will not be accepted in the office on the resident’s behalf.
